We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your endless assistance in helping us locate, purchase and rent our new villa in Florida. Your vast knowledge has proven invaluable and without it, we really would have encountered several difficulties. From our initial enquiries with you in Summer 2005, you have maintained regular contact, sending us vast amounts of properties within numerous communities in the short-term rental areas of Florida.
By the Winter of 2005, we decided that we were interested in investing in a property in Florida and although we were previously introduced to other Realtor’s in Florida, some of which were highly recommended to us, we decided to contact you first as your assistance and knowledge was unique compared to others.
Your flexibility allowed us to travel to Orlando at our convenience, making our own travel arrangements with pre-arranged appointments to meet with the realtor. The broker took time to go through a number of queries that purchasing our first home abroad brought. He spent time in his office going through paperwork with us, showed us around 5-6 communities that we had asked to see and was available to us even after we had agreed to purchase our villa. He even took us back on a different day so that we could look around again and take pictures as the weather wasn’t great on the day we first viewed the villa. His staff continued to look after us throughout the purchase process and we have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective buyers.
It was your help through this process that without, we couldn’t have continued. Having previously been introduced to a number of mortgage lenders, you introduced me to a known associate who offered us a number of mortgages, saving us a substantial amount of money.
You then continued to help us through this legal process, introducing us to Notaries, Accountants, Banks, Management Companies, Rental Agencies both in the US and UK and gave us advice about renting our property.
By the time we became proud owner’s we had already set up rental procedures allowing us to rent the property fairly quickly and start to receive some income. Your time and assistance didn’t end there. You advised us regarding upgrading our villa and continued to assist us with obtaining costs for upgrades, decorating and other matters regarding our home.
You have continued to help us and respond to our endless telephone calls and e-mails, for which we are extremely grateful. So much so, that family member’s who have previously purchased properties abroad will be contacting you for your assistance, in the future.
We really can’t underestimate how vital your continual support and assistance has been and we look forward to continuing our new relationship as we are busy saving for our next investment.

We first met Jacqueline when we went to an Overseas Property Exhibition in Tunbridge Wells. She appeared to be friendly and welcoming. We went over to talk to her and found her to be honest, and helpful. She did not pressurise us in anyway whatsoever and listened to our requirements. She stated that she would arrange for a Realtor to contact us on our trip to Florida.
We went to Florida the Realtor contacted us to arrange this. He picked us up from our hotel and took us to view several properties taking into account our requirements. We fell in love with one property and purchased it.
Jacqueline has helped us with the process, and has immense knowledge of the whole system from mortgages, taxes, renting, necessary documentation etc. She has always been there for us. When we had difficulties in Florida, she would get involved and help rectify the problems. She would often phone us to see how things were moving and acted as a liaison person between our American agents and ourselves. In fact we could always phone her any time of the day/night and she would always have time for us. She even told us when she would be on holiday and we could still phone her if required – how about that for service!
We would recommend that anyone buying a house in America definitely needs a helping hand and Jacqueline was ours, we would not have done it without her help.

In January of this year 2007, I received an e`mail from Dream Villas, stating that they had a property in Florida, on the Southern Dunes Golf Complex, that they believed would be a sound investment for me, as I was looking to purchase a property abroad, to use as a holiday home and for rental purposes.
