Miura Suites are presently under construction, and over a 3^rd has sold already. The resort offers landscaped gardens with nature fauna and fleur, a magnificent beach style walk in pool, children’s pool, hot tub and bar and snack bar. There will be an onsite management company and 24 hour gated security. All built within yards of the beautiful Playa El Agua beach.
The resort is being built in 2 phases, with prices rising with the 2^nd phase. Included in the rental plan is 4 weeks personal use which does not affect the 7.5% net guaranteed rental plan. There are 3 apartment blocks with 3 floors on each, Phase 1 is the front line building, with communal areas. It has a variety of large 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units most with one or more balconies or patios, built over 1 or 2 floors. Phase 2 will be 2 blocks of apartments either side of the pool area.

1 bedroom units beginning at approximate 47sqmts; The 2 storey units include a master ensuite on its own second level with another bathroom on the main floor. They all come with full kitchens and bathrooms.

The 2 bedroom units with their high vaulted ceilings are sunny and airy. They have full kitchens, 2 bathrooms AND offer incredible views of both the mountains and the Caribbean.
