Egypt’s economy is the most varied of the Middle East economies, where sectors of tourism, agriculture, industry and service contribute at almost equal rates in the national production. Consequently, Egypt s economy is picking up development at increasing rates, based on a climate luring investments represented in proper legislation, convenient policy, internal stability, trade and market liberalization. Experts agree that all these efforts should improve the economy of the country, create more opportunity for employment and domestic wealth growth while increasing the attraction of Egypt for overseas investors.
Prices in Egypt remains low, yet the tourist economy is increasing at a rapid rate. 2006 show annual growth rates between 20% - 30% in price property areas. The Red Sea and Cairo areas are enjoying  huge growth through out 2007 & 2008.
