Bayview Resort Village Set in a beautiful landscaped resort, overlooking one of St. Lucia’s stunning bays. Bayview offers residents an iconic lifestyle that captures the essence of Caribbean living with generously proportioned 3 bedroom villas and expansive ocean views, all within a resort setting.

Bayview Resort Village will nestle on a 35 acre site at the north of the island overlooking the Beausejour cricket ground, with panoramic views of the Caribbean & Atlantic seas. The secluded sandy beach is just a mere 1000 meters from BayView Resort. Rodney bay is less than 5 minutes (3.5km) away, and is a lively marina town, with plenty of bars, restaurants. Or enjoy Gros Islet were the sleepy village becomes alive every Friday night with their own Jazz festival.

There are only 140 "freehold" plots at BayView offering 4 styles of villas. The Mahoe and Tamarind models, are similar in size internally both 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, with the Tamarind offering a wrap around balcony. Either model can enjoy wonderful views on plots ranging from 520sqmts - 1000sqmts. If you are looking for something smaller Bayview also has the Cordia, 2 bedroom villa and Obi, 1 bedroom villas both these have the option for upgraded patio area with large spa. The 3 bedroom villas can also upgrade with the option of private pool or spa.

The villas are fully furnished, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) for the 3 bedroom models, 1 & 2 bedroom villas come with 1 bathroom. All villas come fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans and vaulted ceilings. The floors are tiled throughout and all stainless steel goods are supplied in the kitchen, with granite worktops. The plot size are approx 300sqmts for the 1 & 2 bedroom plots and 600 - 1000sqmts for the 3 bedroom plots.

Views are important and each villa will be built facing the best possible views from the plot. A shuttle Bus will also take clients and owners to the local beaches around the site and to Rodney Bay.

The build has started and foundation levels are being built in phase B, with plots for sale in phase D & C. Phase C and the top of phase D, offer the best views. A refundable reservation deposit can hold any unreleased plot.

These villas can be purchased unfurnished or fully furnished, however if purchased unfurnished then the owner would not be able to partipate in the rental plan with the management company.

You can also purchase 1/6th of a freehold property (fracational ownership) from US$75,000 which gives you 8 weeks use of a freehold 3 bedroom villa. 4 weeks low season, 4 weeks high season.
